Your journey to a healthier you begins with your initial visit at One Wellness. We take a comprehensive approach to care, starting with a thorough consultation and examination to understand your unique needs and goals.
This visit allows Dr. Olga to get to know you, your health history, and any concerns you may have. Together, you'll develop a personalized treatment plan that sets you on the path to optimal well-being.

Good to Know
- We will discuss your health goals and come up with an individualized treatment plan.
- Treatment plan may include soft tissue work, spinal manipulation, decompression therapy (cupping), instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization (“scraping”), corrective exercises, rehab therapy, functional taping, nutritional advice and more, if appropriate.
- Treatment is the same day, if no further testing is needed.
What to Expect
- What to Bring: Please bring your ID and any relevant health documents or imaging reports.
- All-Inclusive Appointments: All of the modalities that are offered separately can be incorporated into your appointments based on Dr. Olga's discretion.
- During the Session: Based on the consultation and examination, Dr. Olga will discuss your personalized treatment plan, which may include chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue work, therapeutic exercises, and other modalities.

We're so glad you're considering One Wellness for your care! To get started, simply click the "Book My Appointment Now" button on our website and choose a time that works best for you. During your first visit, you'll have a comprehensive consultation and exam with Dr. Olga, where you'll discuss your health history and goals. She'll then create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs. You can expect your first appointment to last about 1 to 1.5 hours.
I've chosen not to participate in insurance companies (except Medicare), that allows you and I to be the only determining factors in your treatment, without limitations due to insurance.
But, feel free to use your HSA/FSA card!
Medicare covers ONLY the adjustment (aka manipulation), the exam an other treatments will be patient’s responsibility.
